St. Blaise Tabernacle No. 57

On Monday 29.01.2024 St. Blaise Tabernacle were honoured to receive R Ill Kt Pt Ian T D Smith GHPA, GCPO, PAGHP and R Em Kt Pt Colin P Tunbridge the Grand Superintendent for Kent District No.5, to a very full agenda at Oakley House Bromley, Kent. Both received a warm and friendly welcome to the Tabernacle and the District of Kent.

The Tabernacle carried-out a double ceremony of admission on the night, which was performed in excellent style by the High Priest, Em Kt Pt Jamie Allan, supported in like manner by his officers. Both candidates were clearly impressed by the ceremony and were warmly greeted by the distinguished guests into the Priestly Orders.

Following the ceremony R Ill Kt Pt Ian Smith the was delighted to present the Grand Superintendent with the Pillar Fund Sky Blue Level Award for the District of Kent No. 5. R Ill Kt Pt Ian Smith expressed his thanks to the District for its continued support for the Fund and was mindful that it was at the same meeting the previous year that he had made the presentation of the Green Level Award.

 The High Priest of the Tabernacle then presented R Ill Kt Pt Ian Smith with a cheque for £200.00 for the Pillar Fund which was gratefully received.

The meeting was followed by a very enjoyable Festive Board.
