Coronavirus – Covid-19 – Further IMPORTANT Notice

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to escalate around the world, and Governments are issuing new requirements almost daily.  Grand College must consider the age profile of all its members, ever bearing mind that their well-being is of paramount importance.

Therefore with immediate effect, the following directives of Grand College apply until further notice:

1. All meeting of Tabernacles or Districts in England, Wales and Scotland are to cease. Such meetings to be deemed abandoned and the administrative procedures previously outlined followed
2. All meetings of Tabernacles or Districts outside of England, Wales and Scotland to adhere rigidly to the measures imposed to tackle the pandemic by the Government of their Country or the Senior Masonic body in that Country, whichever measures are more stringent.

Also please note that with effect from 3pm UK time on Wednesday 18^th March 2020 the offices of Grand College will be closed. Staff will be working from home, although post will be collected and, if essential, orders fulfilled.

Arrangements are in hand to divert the telephone line, but to assist it would be appreciated if all contact with Grand College be made by email to gchraktp@googlemail.com. If you do not have access to email please arrange with a member of your Tabernacle to email on your behalf.
