Annual Assembly 2020
As a consequence of the escalation of the Covid-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom, Annual Assembly 2020 has been postponed until further notice.
There is no longer a need to complete and return the Registration Form.
Knight Priests who have received notification of an Appointment to or Promotion in Grand Rank, have accepted, and settled the Fee of Honour (by the due date) that Appointment or Promotion will take effect from 13th June 2020. From that date they are entitled to wear the regalia of their new rank.
For certain Knight Priests where the regalia of their new rank is supplied by Grand College, arrangements will be made to send the regalia to them as soon as is possible.
Knight Priests who have yet to accept their Appointment or Promotion, such acceptance and Fee of Honour should still be dealt with using the form provided.
Dining and the Ladies Excursion
Knight Priests who have already paid for Dining and/or the Ladies Excursion will receive a full refund. The refund process is being put in hand, but with Grand College staff now working from home, this may take longer than normal. It may be necessary to contact certain Knight Priests to agree the method of refund.
For those that have sent a cheque, and this has not yet been banked, the cheque will be destroyed unless a request is received to return it.
As soon as any arrangements have been made to hold the postponed Annual Assembly 2020 notification will be issued.
