On Wednesday 17 July, the Grand High Priest was pleased to install R Em Kt Pt Norman Milburn as Grand Superintendent for Lancashire and Cumbria. At the same meeting, Norman’s predecessor, R Em Kt Pt Glyn Davies was awarded KCPO.
