I am pleased to advise you that Annual Assembly of Grand College will take place at Hinkley Island Hotel, Watling Street, Hinkley LE10 3JA on Saturday 14 June 2014 at 11.15am.
There is a choice of one hotel, (360 bedrooms,) please book by 30th April to guarantee room prices and they are on a first come first served basis.

The Grand Superintendents Briefing meeting will take place at Leicester Masonic Hall, 80 London Road, Leicester LE2 0RA at 1.00pm on Friday 13 June 2014. This will be followed at 3.00pm by a demonstration of the ceremony of the Order of Holy Wisdom. The Henry Hotham Tabernacle meeting will be held at the same venue and is expected to commence at 4.30pm and be completed by 5.45pm.
The Ladies Dinner on the Friday evening will be held at the Hinkley Island Hotel at 7.30 for 8.00pm.
The Ladies trip on Saturday will be to Charlcote Park. This is a National Trust property. Therefore there will be two prices on the booking form.
Full details will appear on the summons/booking form which will be dispatched to
all Grand Superintendents, Tabernacle Recorders and Active Officers for 2013-2014 over the next couple of days. They will also be sent to all 2014-2015 Active Officers, first appointments and promotions next week.
