By command of the Most Illustrious Grand High Priest an Especial Assembly of Grand College is to be held at The Derby Masonic Hall, The Grange, 457 Burton Road, Littleover, Derby, DE23 6XX, on Tuesday, 26th March, 2013 at 11.00 a.m.

To receive the Presiding Officer, M Em Kt Pt Christopher Gavin Maiden, K.G.C. (Hon. Causa.) G.C.A., Deputy Grand High Priest, accompanied by the Assistant Grand High Priests, Holders of the Grand High Priests Award, Grand Superintendents, Holders of the Certificate of Merit and Officers of Grand College.
To open an Especial Assembly of Grand College. To receive the Installing Officer, M Ill Kt Pt Ernest Peter Donnison, G.H.P. Awd., G.C., K.G.C. (Hon. Causa.) G.C.A., Grand High Priest, accompanied by the Installation Team.
To install V Ill Kt Pt Michael Arthur Hadfield OBE, JP, CHW, PGVII P, GT as an Assistant Grand High Priest.
To transact any other business that the Grand High Priest may direct. The Presiding Officer will close the Especial Assembly The Grand High Priest will retire from the Tabernacle with the Assisting Grand Officers. Notes: Rehearsal from 10.00 a.m. for the Installation Team. The Grand Point will be conducted at the meeting of the Ernest Peter Donnison Tabernacle No 250 which follows the Especial Assembly.
